Session 2: Your product or service, do competitive research, decide on packaging and pricing
Session 3: Your customer, understand value of a customer, identify market niche, do market research
Session 4: Marketing plan and budget part 1
Session 5: Marketing plan and budget part 2
Session 6: Sales plan and budget
Session 7: Management, operations, fulfillment; look at each, decide how you will handle it and add it to your plan
Session 8: Financials; chart of accounts, company financial statements, start-up costs and expenses; how to get funding, review legal requirements and documents
Session 9: Review business plan; finish vision and mission, write executive statement, company description, revisit areas that need more work/explanation
Session 10: Finalize business plan, create action plan for operating and measuring your business, wrap-up, next steps
