I&#039;ve been doing both consulting and coaching and because it seems that both are needed by most of the small business owners that I talk to. 

I think combining the two may be a winning combination for me as 
a service provider due to the limited belief systems of many business owners and the fact that it&#039;s where my personal strengths are.

Encouraging and developing personalized marketing strategies.

Many business owners and decision makers start out reluctant to try new and different things that will help them, in spite of knowing that they need to do something different and more effective to promote their business than they have been.

If I had to choose the most important of the two I&#039;d have to say it&#039;s the personal beliefs issue that needs to be resolved first, and then the work can begin on a marketing strategy.
